Refunds & Cancellations

One-off builds (sites, custom work)

• Invoices for project work are due per the schedule in your SOW.
• Work already delivered (design, development, deployed pages) is non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled before delivery, you're billed only for work completed to that point.

Subscriptions (SaaS portal hosting)

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• No partial-month refunds for early cancellation.
• No cancellation fee.

Payment errors

If you're charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount), email [email protected] with the invoice number and we'll correct it — usually as a credit note against the invoice, or a refund via Razorpay for genuine duplicate/erroneous charges.
